The categories included in under cleaning were; your suite, Common Areas, Restrooms and Overall Satisfaction. Cleanliness was also addressed in the Health Club with a score of 4.25 out of 5! I have been managing properties for many years and I don't know if I have ever received scores this high from my tenants.
